1Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on gbd3, you must meet the following requirements. Accounts that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

1.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register on gbd3. If a minor creates an account using false information, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Only one gbd3 account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts are operated:

• All bonuses and winnings across the accounts will be forfeited.
• All accounts will be permanently closed.
• Deposited funds may be refunded where applicable, but winnings derived from bonuses are not eligible for refund.

1.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Incorrect or false details may cause issues during verification. Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address are all required to be accurate.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@gbd3.bet.

2Bonus & Promotion Terms

Please read and understand the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotional offer from gbd3.

2.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The welcome bonus is available once only and carries a 30x wagering requirement (you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).

2.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for gameplay.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus are transferred to your main balance.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period — generally between 7 and 30 days.
• If the wagering requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time (excluding cashback and rebate).

2.3 Bonus Abuse

Misusing the bonus system is a direct violation of gbd3's rules. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities, or manipulation will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit

Gbd3 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If your deposit hasn't been received, please contact support with your transaction ID.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits apply.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 KYC Verification

Gbd3 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure payments. Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC information is kept completely confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

4Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd3. Any involvement in these will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Managing Multiple Accounts — Two or more accounts held by the same person.
• Using bots or automated software — Any software used to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion or Collaborative Fraud — Multiple players colluding to disadvantage others.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks — Filing false chargeback claims with a bank after a successful transaction.
• Platform Hacking — Attempting unauthorized access to gbd3's systems.
• False Identity — Operating an account using another person's identity.

5Account Suspension & Closure Policy

5.1 Rights of gbd3

Gbd3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Security reasons.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

5.2 Right to Close a Member's Account

You can close your account at any time. Contact our support team to request self-exclusion. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded (excluding bonus balance).

6Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We are always committed to resolving matters in a fair and transparent manner.

6.1 Complaint Submission Process

• Step 1: Report the issue via Live Chat.

• Step 3: You will receive an official response within 72 hours.

6.2 Final Decision

If an issue remains unresolved after following all procedures, gbd3 management will make the final decision. This decision is binding on both parties.

• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or emergency situations.

9Changes to Terms & Conditions
